To provide financial institutions and lenders with the comprehensive services necessary to sell Real Estate Owned (REO) due to foreclosures in the residential market, Frank Commercial Real Estate, Inc. formed a new division called BCF Residential Real Estate Service. The Associates running this division specialize in dealing with REO properties. Whether it is a driveby estimate of value (BPO) during the Notice of Sale period; collaboration with attorneys and clients to have the property vacated; getting competitive bids from licensed and bonded companies for repairs; marketing the property; and/ultimately closing the sale on the property; BCF has the Associates, contacts, and expertise to do the job, while exceeding your expectations.
